Mixing Ratios

V1 Mixing Ratio (30/100):

• Automatic Vacuum Mixer: 1 kg powder / 300 cc water
• Conventional Mixer: 1 kg powder / 320 cc water
• Water temperature: 21 - 24°C

V2 Mixing Ratio (38/100):

• Automatic Vacuum Mixer: 1 kg powder / 360 cc water
• Conventional Mixer: 1 kg powder / 380 cc water
• Water temperature: 21 - 24°C

Mixing Workflow

• Add powder to water: 2 minutes
• Mixing & vacuuming: 5 minutes
• Pour into flask: 1 minute
• Vacuum invested flask: 2 minutes
• Total working time: - 10 minutes

Setting Time

• Allow invested flask to rest undisturbed for minimum 120 minutes before burnout

Burnout Performance

• Supports both fast and standard burnout cycles
• Gradual temperature ramp recommended for optimal results
• Handles high temperatures required for complete resin elimination
• Maintains mould integrity throughout casting process
