KDF Cascom SE Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine

Choose between pressing with Argon gas or an air compressor.

  • Argon Gas creates an inert environment to prevent oxide layer formation.
  • Air Compressor Connection is used to create vacuum pressure for casting.

KDF's newly developed Cascom SE casting machine features high-frequency induction heating combined with vacuum and pressure casting technology.

The Cascom SE does not use flame during the melting process, preventing gas absorption in alloys and significantly reducing porosity.

Using argon gas, the machine produces extremely smooth casting surfaces and performs a very fast casting cycle. It is capable of casting precious, semi-precious, and non-precious alloys.

The Cascom SE is user-friendly, simple to operate, and authentically manufactured in Japan.

Induction Heating

Cascom SE uses high-frequency induction heating to deliver an exceptionally rapid casting process of approximately 2 - 3 minutes, improving lab productivity.

Vacuum Pressure Casting

The unit applies vacuum during casting and eliminates flame melting. This prevents alloys from absorbing gas, minimizing porosity while producing extremely smooth surfaces and razor-sharp margins.

Alloy Compatibility

Cascom SE can cast nearly all dental alloys (except titanium) for restorations including:

  • Inlays
  • Crowns
  • Implant components
  • Partial frameworks

Cobalt-Chrome Alloy Casting

  • Capable of cleanly casting high-temperature Co-Cr alloys.
  • Argon gas injection creates a clean casting atmosphere.
  • Chamber inverting casting method helps prevent oxidation.
  • Ideal for high-precision restorative frameworks.

Cooling System

Cascom SE utilizes the HPC-20 chiller, which circulates coolant and water through the unit, similar to a radiator system, ensuring stable operation.
